The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Indian textiles, heritage crafts, and embroidery techniques, combined with a progressive design outlook. They should have a proven track record of creating innovative and sophisticated designs in the high-end couture or luxury prêt-à-porter market, particularly in bridal or occasion wear. Exceptional sketching, draping, and CAD design skills are essential, along with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through fashion.
The Senior Designer will lead a team of designers, inspiring them to uphold JADE’s high standards of artistry. They will oversee the entire design process, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring that each piece reflects the brand’s commitment to excellence. Collaboration is key, as the Senior Designer will work closely with artisans, production teams, and stakeholders to bring their vision to life.
