The application process begins with a strand test before proceeding with the thermal straightening system. Hair should be washed with a standard shampoo (anti-residue shampoo is not required), towel-dried, and then blow-dried until approximately 80% dry.
Using a brush or comb, the Fashion Gold formula is applied evenly to the hair, starting at the nape of the neck. Maintaining a 0.5cm distance from the scalp is crucial to avoid irritation. The product should be distributed along the hair shaft, avoiding direct contact with the scalp.
After a 60-minute processing time, the product is thoroughly rinsed out with water only. Hair should be completely dried before moving on to the next step.
A flat iron, heated to between 200°C and 230°C (390°F to 450°F), is then used to straighten thin sections of hair from root to tip. For optimal straightening, especially on resistant hair, each section should be flat ironed approximately 10 times. Rinsing is not necessary after flat ironing. The result is straight, soft, and incredibly shiny hair.
