Among the highlights was this remarkable green necklace, the focal point of its display. Expertly crafted, possibly crocheted, from wire, it exemplifies an innovative and elegant fashion way to create statement jewelry.
This next ensemble was the creation of Perlie Petrillo, who generously provided these photographs. Originally conceived with a head wrap intended as a sash, the styling at the show reimagined its use, highlighting the piece’s inherent versatility. Garnering the prestigious Viewers’ Choice award, this exceptional garment was constructed from repurposed old quilts, sourced from garage sales, and ingeniously joined with zippers.
