If you’re exchanging multiple items from a single order, please submit separate requests for each, specifying the desired size and color for each replacement.
While your initial return or exchange is completely free, subsequent returns or exchanges for the same order or item will incur shipping fees that are the customer’s responsibility. This ensures fairness and sustainability in our operations.
For prepaid orders, your refund will be credited back to the original payment method once the returned item has been picked up. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, as processing times can vary depending on your bank.
For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, you will receive a refund link via email and SMS after the returned item is picked up. Click on the link, provide the necessary information, and submit your request. Similar to prepaid orders, COD refunds can take up to 7 business days to process and appear in your account. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for any reason after the 14-day period has expired. When returning an item purchased as part of a combo deal, the refund amount is calculated based on the original price of the individual item, not the discounted combo price. For instance, if you purchased two products originally priced at Rs.599 each for a discounted total of Rs.1078 and return one item, your refund will be Rs.420 (the original price of the single item). The discount applied to the combo purchase does not affect the refund value of the returned item.
To exchange an item for a completely different product, you will need to initiate a return for the original item and then place a new order for the desired product. This process ensures accurate inventory management and allows you to select the exact item you want. While it might seem like an extra step, it ultimately streamlines the fulfillment process and reduces errors.
