In the United States, customers can utilize a pre-paid FedEx label for faster, insured shipping with a two-week delivery timeframe. Alternatively, a pre-paid SmartPost label offers a more economical, traceable option with a three-week delivery window. For those preferring more control over the shipping process, Cabi allows customers to use their own shipping method, bearing the responsibility for associated costs and insurance.

Canadian customers can choose between a pre-paid Canada Post label for convenient drop-off at local post offices or utilize their own preferred shipping method. Similarly, in the United Kingdom, a pre-paid U.K. label facilitates drop-off at Evri locations, while the option to use personal shipping methods remains available.

A flat return shipping fee of $5 (£3) applies when using Cabi’s pre-paid labels. However, this fee is waived for exchanges of the same item in a different size or color. Furthermore, the fee is waived if a new order is placed within 7 days of the RMA creation date. This incentivizes customers to continue shopping with Cabi.
