In the European Union, customers who purchase a piercing starter kit receive a coupon for a free pair of earrings each month for twelve months. The free earrings are valued up to £10 retail. If the chosen earrings exceed this value, a £10 discount will be applied. Only one coupon can be redeemed per transaction, and the free earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. Terms and conditions may vary depending on the specific country within the European Union.
The Republic of Ireland offers a similar promotion, but with some variations. This offer is exclusive to members of the C.CLUB loyalty program who purchase a piercing starter kit after June 26, 2024. Similar to the EU offer, members receive a coupon for a free pair of earrings monthly for twelve months, with a maximum value of £10. The coupon cannot be used for piercing kits, piercing earrings, nose jewelry, or body jewelry. If a customer purchases multiple piercing starter kits, they may qualify for up to two pairs of free earrings per month for each kit purchased. Coupons are distributed via email on the first of each month, starting the month following the piercing purchase. However, for purchases made on or after the 25th of the month, the first coupon may be received on the first of the second month after purchase. Customers who don’t receive their coupon within the expected timeframe have 60 days from the piercing date to contact Claire’s Customer Service to resolve the issue.
